A few kilometres from Florence is Prato,
an exceptionally industrious city where history, art and
economy blend harmoniously. Built on a Longobard settlement
it extended and developed in the Middle Ages around the
Pieve and Castello. Today, the historical centre with its
characteristic "case-torri" (tower houses) is
still enclosed by the 14th century walls.

Unless otherwise requested, our tours last half day.
Full day tours, however, give us the chance to combine
various itineraries, on condition that the chosen places
are close and easily reachable, making the most of the
time available and taking in as much as possible.
We would be only too happy to answer any questions concerning
