Located in the heart of Tuscany, Montecatini
is one of the most famous tourist spa towns in Italy. As
we walk its streets we are plunged back to the beginning
of the 20th century surrounded by buildings which have
influenced the historical making of this city, which was
and continues to be a sought-after destination for its
renowned healing properties of its waters and for a relaxing
holiday.

Meeting with the guide and visit to:
-Spa centres, one of the better known centres is " Tettuccio," a
monumental construction with a colonnaded pavilion dating
back to 1927. It can be considered the hub of spa life
(admission fee)
-Palazzo Comunale, completed in 1920, it holds works by
Galileo Chini and Luca Arcangeli
-Grand Hotel La Pace, this hotel has been a landmark in
this city since the second half of the 19th century. Repeatedly
renovated at the beginning of the 20th century, it saw
the opening in 1904 of the Salone delle Feste (grand ball
room) the frescoes of which were painted by Galileo Chini
as were the drawings on the windows
